Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Facility Size: 109 beds
EMR System: Protouch
Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs
Parking: Available around hospital perimeter

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services in an LTACH setting.
• May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California.
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience.
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year.

Additional Information

• Previous travelers to this facility have been considered for rehire.
• This is a travel contract position.
