Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) - Travel Position

Location: Louisville, Kentucky

Position Details

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed
Weekend Requirements: 1 weekend shift per month (depending on assigned shift)
Call Requirements: 1 weekend shift per month
Float Requirements: None
Certifications Required:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- Kentucky Radiation Operator’s License
- BLS (Basic Life Support)

Unit Information

Hospital Size: 462 beds
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment Used: Shimadzu & GE portable X-ray machines
Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Cerner & McKesson
Type of Patients: Emergency Room patients, Inpatients, Stroke protocol patients

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency with Surgery C-arm and Portable X-ray equipment
Preferred: Experience with O-arm and Fluoroscopy

Work Environment & Culture

Personality Fit: Laid back and motivated
Dress Code: Ceil blue scrub tops with black or ceil blue bottoms
