Overview

• Travel assignment in Merrill, Wisconsin
• Primary location: Aspirus Merrill Emergency Department
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start date: ASAP
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week

Schedule

• 12-hour variable day/night shifts: 0700-1930, 0800-2030, 0900-2130, and 1900-0730
• Every other weekend and every other holiday

Float / Call

• May be required to float to Wausau, Antigo, Medford, and Stanley
• On-call is not required, but may be placed on call if low censused

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS
• ACLS
• TNCC
• PALS
• Experience with Epic

Unit Notes

• Fast-paced environment
• About 4 patients per nurse
• Candidate should be able to work independently, complete tasks timely, manage change well, and be resilient
