Job info

Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Overview

  • Travel assignment in Antigo, Wisconsin
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Guaranteed hours per week: 24
  • Shift: 12-hour day/PM
  • Weekend/holiday rotation: every third weekend and holidays

Required Qualifications

  • BLS
  • NRP
  • Wisconsin RN license
  • 2 years of OB experience with L&D experience
  • Labor and Delivery competency

Preferred

  • EPIC experience

Unit Details

  • 3 LDRP rooms
  • 2 post-partum rooms
  • 1 triage room
  • Average monthly delivery rate: 21

Float / On-Call

  • May be requested to float to med-surg if the Birth Center is not busy
  • May float to Wausau, Merrill, Stanley, or Medford locations
  • May be placed on call for low census hours
  • Call-back minimum: 2 hours

Additional Notes

  • Scrubs provided
  • Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
  • During flu season, travelers who decline flu and COVID vaccination must wear a mask at all times
