We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role in Holland, OH at a skilled nursing facility. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for everyday life.  Minimum Requirements
<ul><li>Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.</li><li>Active Ohio COTA license required to start the assignment.</li><li>BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.</li><li>Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow OTA direction from supervising OTR.</li></ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
<ul><li>Prior travel COTA experience preferred.</li><li>Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment, and restorative programs preferred.</li></ul>
 
 Assignment Details
<ul><li>Shift Hours: 0830-1630.</li><li>Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.</li></ul>
