ICU Travel Nurse Opportunity - Norfolk, Virginia

Unit Details
- Mixed IMC/CC unit providing advanced heart failure therapies
- Patient ratios typically range from 2-4:1
- ICU travelers can expect consistent 3:1 assignments, with some flexibility required during critical staffing shortages

- Heart Failure
- VAD (Ventricular Assist Device) complications
- NSTEMI/CAD (Non-ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction/Coronary Artery Disease)
- Arrhythmias
- Transplant rejection/complications
- PAH (Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension) medication adjustments and complications
- Hypoxic respiratory failure
- Gastrointestinal bleeding (GIB)
- Renal failure
- Sepsis
