Responsible for patient care, documentation, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and support staff.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver competent patient care and document responses to interventions and treatments.</li><li>Assist physicians with examinations, minor diagnostic procedures, and treatments.</li><li>Administer prescribed medications and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products.</li><li>Monitor and respond to patients' physiological data and manifestations.</li><li>Resolve patient complaints and share care plans with patients and families during care and discharge.</li><li>Make referrals to appropriate personnel for patient care needs.</li><li>Foster professional growth through mentorship, feedback, and maintaining certifications/licensure.</li><li>Develop a career plan and set performance goals aligned with organizational metrics.</li><li>Promote an inclusive workplace and delegate tasks to clinical support staff as needed.</li><li>Provide learning opportunities for others through formal and informal feedback.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Required Education:<ul><li>Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.</li></ul>Required Certifications &amp; Licensure:<ul><li>Current Registered Nurse License (Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or multistate compact RN license).</li><li>Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification upon hire.</li></ul> QUALIFICATION/LICENSURE Work Authorization : US Citizen Preferred years of experience : 2 years Travel required : No travel required Shift timings : Days
