Job Overview

Contract nursing position in Newport, Vermont
Night shift: 7p–7a
36 hours per week
Every other weekend rotation
13-week contract

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Vermont
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (5 years of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
Med Surg experience
Telemetry experience
BLS
Experience in Charge roles

Key Responsibilities

Float to other units as needed
Attend department quarterly education sessions

Additional Notes

Personal transportation is strongly recommended due to limited public transportation
Critical access, 25-bed hospital
Located in a small town on the Canadian border in the Northeast Kingdom
