Location

• Weirton, West Virginia

Contract

• 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Day and evening shifts
• 10-hour shifts

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification
• ARRT certification
• West Virginia X-ray license
• WV CARES required before start
• Must be able to work in general X-ray, portables, OR, and fluoroscopy
• Must be able to float between the general department, fluoroscopy, and OR
• Must be able to work overnight as the only tech in-house when needed

Experience

• First-time travelers accepted

Schedule

• Every other weekend required
• May be asked to participate in holiday rotation
• No call or standby

Work Environment

• General X-ray studies, OR cases, and fluoroscopy cases
• 4 rooms total: 3 general X-ray, 1 fluoroscopy, 2 portable, and 3 C-arms
• Average volume is 110 studies per day

Additional Notes

• Clean, professional scrubs required; any color allowed
• 5-shift orientation with a preceptor
• Copy of an unexpired driver’s license must be included with submission
• Licensing hits must be disclosed at time of submission
