Location: Valparaiso, Indiana

Call required: Weeknight and weekends

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ACLS
BLS
CVOR (2 years of experience)
CVOR experience within the last year
Experience working with Post-Operative Open Heart patients
Open heart surgery experience
Driver's License
Must submit required license and certifications with the application
Driver’s license and permanent home address must be included on the submission, and the address must match ID
Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility

RTO blackout dates / required holidays: Week of Christmas
Maximum RTO: 1 week
Approved orientation dates: 10/19/26 or every other Monday, except holidays
