- Night Shift: 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Team Lead), 12 nurses, 2 support techs, 1 unit clerk
Patient Ratios:
- 1:1 for high-risk labor and C-sections
- 1:2 for antepartum, PPROM, PTL on magnesium, postpartum on magnesium
- 1:3 for postpartum magnesium without baby, outpatients
Equipment: Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, CPN (GE) monitors
EMR System: Meditech / CPN

36 hours per week
Self-scheduling available
Team nursing approach with strong collaboration and support among nurses
Supportive leadership team that can assist on the floor as needed
Experienced staff with many nurses having 20-40 years of tenure
New OB Hospitalist program providing attending support to residency and triage nurses
