Required Qualifications

License: Valid RN license in Washington
Experience: 1 year of rehabilitation experience within the last year
Education: Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Certifications: BLS
Training: Washington Suicide Prevention

Preferred

CCRN certification
Rehabilitation experience including GG scoring documentation

Unit Details

Adult, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputee, and traumatic brain injury patient population
10-bed rehabilitation unit
5:1 patient ratio

Additional Notes

Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be considered for travel
