Job Opportunity: Echo Tech (Travel)
Location: Thousand Oaks, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Employment Type: Travel
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating weekends with on-call required
- Unit: Echo Lab
- Number of Beds: 375
- Staffing: 4 staff on day shift, night shift on-call
- Equipment: GE
- EMR Systems: MEDITECH, CCW
Required Skills
- Adult and Pediatric Echo
- TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography)
- Bubble Study
- Structural Heart Procedures
Preferred Skills
- Intra-Operative TEE with Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
- Stress Echo
Certifications Required
- RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)
- CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Echo Tech Certification
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Echo Tech specialty
Additional Information
- Floating to all nursing units in the hospital may be required
- Dress code: Scrubs provided
- Team player, flexible, and kind personality preferred
- Unit policies and guidelines will be discussed during hospital orientation
