Position Details

Required Experience & Education

• Years of Experience: Minimum 1+ year in specialty
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Certifications

• Required: ACLS and PALS (must be obtained within 60 days for ACLS and 90 days for PALS after start date)
• Additional: Fit testing offered on-site

• Patient Population: Pediatric, Adult, Geriatric
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: COPD, CHF, Pre/Post Cath Lab, Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery, Acute Respiratory Failure (Adult & Pediatrics)

Skills & Equipment

• Preferred Experience: Medical/Surgical, Telemetry
• Equipment Used: Omnicell Medication Dispenser, Baxter pumps, Masimo Monitors, GE Telemetry Monitoring system
• EHR System: MEDHOST

Additional Information

• Dress Code: No mandatory scrub colors; scrubs of any color are acceptable
• Travel Distance Requirement: Must be greater than 60 miles from facility to qualify as travel
