Job Description
The Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care to NICU patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care. The nurse will maintain clinical competencies through continuing education, delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.

- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Texas
- Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nursing
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE
- Ability to wear Navy Scrubs (as per facility dress code)
Additional Notes
- No prior travel experience explicitly required
- Must be able to work days
- Ventilator experience preferred
