• Patient Population: Geriatric (50+)
• Number of Beds: 24
• Patient Ratio: 1:7
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: 24
• Call Requirements: None
• Float Requirements: None
• EHR System: Medhost

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Tennessee
• Minimum 1 year of experience in dementia patient care or behavioral health nursing
• Required Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI) or equivalent behavioral health certification
• Experience working with dementia patients, especially those with behavioral disturbances

Additional Information

• Must have experience with dementia patients
• Orientation occurs bi-weekly on Mondays
• Tennessee Abuse Registry check required prior to assignment start
• Dress Code: Solid color scrubs; facial piercings are not allowed
