Job Opportunity: RN - Rehab (Travel)

Location: Muscle Shoals, Alabama
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)

Position Details

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Specialty: Rehab preferred but not required
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Number of Openings: 4

Unit Information

• Unit: JW Sommer Rehab Unit
• Number of Beds: 32
• Patient Ratios: 1:7
• Patient Population: Geriatric and adult
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Strokes, multiple trauma, orthopedic/neuro cases

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Alabama
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care experience within the last year
• Experience working with Geriatric patients
• Experience working with Adult patients
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• IV therapy experience
• Blood transfusions experience
• Wound care experience
