Certified Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Driver's License
Spine proficiency
Orthopedics experience and proficiency
Robotics experience and proficiency
ENT experience and proficiency
Gynecology experience and proficiency
Experience with Epic

1 supervisory reference form completed within the last two years

Assignment Notes

Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver’s license
Past employees of the health system may be restricted from returning to travel assignments under the stated separation policy
NBO: 16 hours
Orientation dates: 9/28 and 10/12
