Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Clinic (Days)

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in an outpatient clinical environment using nursing process and critical thinking.
• Assess, plan, organize, provide, and evaluate nursing care.
• Must note and verify any requested time off (RTO) at the time of application; no more than 5 days of RTO allowed.
• Candidates must have their own transportation; public transit and rideshare options are not available.
• Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of current experience as an LVN/LPN.
• Current primary care/ambulatory experience required.
• Experience with patients of all ages.
• Clinical office experience.
• Phone triage experience.
• Experience with EPIC EMR system.
• Current New Hampshire LPN license or Compact license.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Work history and skills checklist relevant to LPN/clinic role, current within 1 year.
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
