• Day shift, Monday to Friday
• 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 40 hours per week (5 days x 8 hours)

Job Description

• Position within the Women's Center / Mammography department
• Primarily responsible for mammography imaging

Required Qualifications

• Mammography Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Affirm breast/axillary biopsy procedures

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Current driver's license or government-issued photo ID
• 7-year background check including SSN trace, counties lived/worked, national sex offender registry, OFAC, FACIS Level 3, and education verification
• Education verification of highest level completed (high school diploma or GED required if no associate or higher degree)
• Missouri-specific background checks (MO EDL and MO FCSR results) required prior to start; processing can take up to 7 business days
• Negative TB test (Qgold or Tspot) within 12 months or chest x-ray and TB questionnaire if previously positive; TB questionnaire must be updated annually
• Drug screening (9-panel including marijuana) within 30 days of start; must be renewed annually
• Physical exam signed by a physician or advanced practice provider within the last year; renew annually
• Fit mask test (3M N95 or PAPR) within 1 year of start; renew annually
• Immunizations or proof of immunity for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Varicella, Hepatitis B (or declination), Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years
• Seasonal flu vaccination required by November 4th; declinations accepted with approval
• Confidentiality statement signed prior to start

References & History

• Two supervisor-level references required, with at least one within 1 year of start
• Complete employment application including 7 years of work history; any gaps over 30 days must be explained

Competencies & Testing

• Color blindness test required for all travelers
• Medication/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
