Job Overview

• Hours: 36 per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
• Harassment Prevention Training Certificate

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Resume/application
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• Background check
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Fit mask testing within 1 year prior to start
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• Drug screen within 60 days of start
• Immunization or proof of immunity for Tdap, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B
• COVID vaccination or approved exemption
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Annual harassment prevention training
• Annual mandatory training study guide
• Annual implicit bias training
• Annual safety/orientation acknowledgements and facility forms
• Badge photo

• If no travel experience, a minimum of 2 years of acute care hospital experience may be considered
