Valid RN license in Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Pending certifications may be considered
Minimum 2 manager/charge references within the past 2 years
Candidate profile, specialty-specific skills checklist, and all required certifications must be included in the submission packet

Unexpired government-issued photo ID
Background check within 30 days of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM required prior to facility start
HHS/OIG required prior to facility start
Physical exam within 6 months of start
Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
TB questionnaire annually
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation required
Negative 9-panel drug screen within 90 days prior to start
Flu vaccination/documentation required during flu season, with approved medical or religious exemptions allowed
Skills checklist required
Competency exam required
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required
Color blind testing required
Deemed consent for blood draw required
Onboarding form required
