Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Laguna Hills, California
• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 4x12s, 19:00-07:30
• First-timers accepted: Yes
• Locals may be accepted at the local rate if within 50 miles of the facility
• On-call: No
• Weekend scheduling is as needed to meet unit needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (3 years of experience)
• NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience working with High Risk patients
• Experience in Charge roles
• Experience attending high-risk deliveries

Floating

• May float to L&D
• Possible floating between OCM and SMC

Documentation / Compliance

• EPIC education completion
• YouLearn modules
• HIPAA module
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• N95 fit mask within 1 year of start and renewed annually
• Tdap within the last 10 years
• Negative TB screening within 1 year of start
• TB questionnaire
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella immunity/vaccination documentation
• Negative 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
• Flu vaccination/documentation for the 2026-27 season
