Job Opportunity: PT Inpatient Rehab (Travel/Contract)

Job Details

• Shift: Approximately 35-40 hours per week; options include 4x10 or 5x8 shifts
• Shift Times: Negotiable between 7 AM - 4 PM (with 1-hour lunch) or 8 AM - 5 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• Weekend Requirement: None
• Floating Requirement: None
• Call Requirement: None
• Return to Office (RTO) Parameters: Manager approval required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty (Therapy/Rehabilitation)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Dry Needling certification preferred (not required)

Prior Travel Experience

• First-time travelers are welcome; prior travel experience is NOT required

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Unexpired government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License or State ID)
• Background checks including SS Trace, County searches (last 7 years), Nationwide, Sex Offender, EPLS/GSA/SAM, and HHS/OIG prior to start
• National certification verification as applicable by profession and state
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray as applicable
• Immunizations or titers for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• Drug screening within 12 months of start
• Flu vaccine required during flu season (October 1 – April 30); no declinations or religious exemptions accepted except documented medical exemptions
• Colorado CAPS Release Authorization form and CAPS Check Results (state-mandated)
• Professional references (2 within last 3 years)
• Skills checklist required

Additional Notes

• Scrub color: Any
• Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgment required annually
• Competency exams and medication/pharmacology competency as applicable by profession
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC certifications may be required/preferred depending on unit but not specified for this role

This position offers a flexible schedule in a therapy/rehabilitation inpatient setting with a moderate contract length and welcomes candidates new to travel assignments.
