Shift Hours: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
On-Call: Yes, on-call during 7-day on shift rotation for order verification after hours

State Professional License: Must be current and valid for New Mexico
NURSYS Verification: Required for applicable licenses (RNs, LPNs, APs)

Health & Safety Requirements

Physical Exam: Within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
Fit Mask Test: Required for all new travel starts; must be updated annually
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap: Required within 10 years (declination accepted)
TB Test: IGRA/TSPOT, QGold, or 2 PPDs within 12 months; annual updates required
MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella): 2 vaccines or positive titer; declination accepted
Hepatitis B: Vaccination series or signed declination; titers accepted
Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer; declination accepted
Drug Testing: 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
Flu Vaccine: Required during flu season (9/1–3/30); declination accepted
COVID Vaccine or Declination: Required unless non-clinical remote worker
Respiratory Safety Clearance: Required for all new travel starts; annual clearance needed

Background & Documentation

Background check within 45 days of start covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
Education verification required for all candidates
Employment application covering at least last 5 years (7 years for APN/Subcontractors)
Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment in specialty (6 months for CNAs)

Call pay includes minimum 1 hour plus standby pay; call arrangements may be negotiable
