Required Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- California State Fluoroscopy Permit (MUST HAVE FLOURO PERMIT)
Preferred Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- ARRT Advanced
- NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required (higher value confirmed)
- Prior travel experience NOT required (1st time travelers OK)
- Required work setting experience: Inpatient, Interventional Radiology
- Required equipment/scanner experience: Fluoroscopy
- Experience with EPIC system
Additional Information
- High cost of living area; candidates should research accordingly before applying

Health & Compliance Requirements
- Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray within 1 year (renewed annually if applicable)
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- Seasonal flu vaccination or documented declination during flu season (Sept - May)
- Negative 10-panel drug screen including marijuana within 30 days of start
- Fit test for N95 mask (if applicable)
- COVID-19 vaccination records requested but not required for employment
- Background checks covering last 7 years of residence/work/school
- Harassment prevention training certificate (required for California)
Facility Specific Requirements
- Photo for badge (shoulders up, plain background, no filters)
- Respirator clearance required for clinical candidates
- Completion of facility-specific job description based on assigned unit
- Review and sign acceptable use policy
- Flu declination form if declining flu vaccine during flu season
