Job Opportunity: Radiation Therapist

Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: 5 days a week, 8-hour day shifts
• Start Date: ASAP, with multiple start options available
• Equipment Used: Elekta Versa HD with Hexapod Table Top and Vision RT
• Scrubs Color: Ceil Blue
• Locals Accepted: Yes, at a lower rate
• 1st Time Travelers Accepted: Yes

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiation Therapist license in Wisconsin
• Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
• ARRT (Therapy) certification
• BLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Information

• Competency exams and medication/pharmacology tests required as applicable
• Photo for badge required (passport-style, no filters)
• Compliance and confidentiality agreements must be completed prior to start
• Dosimeter request form required for imaging department staff (not required for MRI Techs)
• Flu vaccine exemption forms must be completed if applicable

• Prior travel experience is not required for this position
• Locals are accepted but at a lower pay rate
