Contract Length: 13 weeks

Seeking a Physical Therapist to start ASAP.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible on some occasions)
Weekly point expectations: 7-8 points
Charting system: Perfect Notefield (training provided)
Patient population: Primarily geriatric
Experience preferred: Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred; new graduates and those without home health experience are welcome
Interview: Phone interview
Supportive management willing to train and support

Valid Physical Therapist license in California
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
