Overview

Role Summary

  • Assessment-focused RN role with no hands-on care
  • Primary duties include completing MDS or OASIS assessments, care planning, and possible medication reconciliation
  • Assessments may be completed at home and/or in the office
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Flexibility is important, as hours may vary

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts
  • Long Term Care (1 year of experience)
  • Long Term Care experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience with OASIS

Additional Notes

  • Home health, LTC, or similar experience is accepted
  • Psych experience may be helpful but is not required
  • Preference is given to candidates with no requested time off
  • 40 hours per week is guaranteed
