Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Everett, Washington
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, 7:30–16:00

Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Washington
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (1 year of experience)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- Master's degree in social work
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Experience with acute hospital case management
- Experience with discharge planning
- Experience with medical-surgical case management
- Experience with emergency department (ED) case management
- Experience with low-length-of-stay (LLOS) case management
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- AIDA EMR experience
- Diverse case management experience, especially Med Surg, LLOS, and ED
Work Setting / Scope
- Works in all areas of the hospital, including Colby and Pacific Campus
- Based in a Level II Trauma Center with 571 total staffed beds across both campuses

- Pending WA license accepted
- RTO must be included at time of submittal
- Scrub color: any, except no reddish orange
- Charting: EPIC
- Parking is facility paid
