Overview

• Location: Templeton, California
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Hours per week: 36
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license in California
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• Stepdown experience
• ER experience

Additional Requirements

• 2 clinical references verified within 1 year of start
• Complete application/resume with 7-year work history, including locations and gaps
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• Current picture identification
• Background check within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG screening within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 90 days of start
• Drug test within 30 days before start
• TB screening or chest X-ray within 30 days of start
• Tdap vaccination within 10 years or positive titer
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation or accepted declination/series as specified
• Seasonal flu vaccination or applicable declination/exemption during flu season
• Seasonal COVID-19 booster or facility-specific declination for the listed California site
• Fit testing for an approved mask
• Required vaccinations and annual compliance where applicable
• E-Verify participation acknowledgment
