Required Qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist (2 years of experience)
• Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Pediatric Ultrasound Technologist experience

Preferred

• Charge RN or above preferred for references.

• Orientation guide post test must be completed before start.

• Confidentiality agreement must be reviewed and signed.
• Dress and grooming standards must be reviewed.

• Medical or religious influenza exemption form must be submitted if seeking a flu vaccine exemption.
