Travel/Contract role in Medford, Oregon
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:30–7:00
36 hours per week
26-week contract
Block schedules required
Weekends required: Friday night shift extends into Saturday morning

Required Qualifications

Valid Polysomnographer license in Oregon
Polysomnographer experience within the last year
Polysomnographer (1 year of experience)
2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
Employment application with at least the last 5 years of employment
Skills checklist required for applicable unit
Competency exam required as applicable by profession/specialty
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB or chest X-ray
Drug screen within 12 months of start
Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
COVID vaccination record or declination
Tdap within 10 years
Hepatitis B documentation or declination
Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation or declination
Fit mask required for travel starts
