Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred Qualifications

No new grads preferred

Clinical Focus

SOC, ROC, recertifications, evaluations, and visits
Common diagnoses: CHF, ORTHO, PNEUMONIA
