Location: Salem, Oregon
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Hours per week: 36

Required Qualifications

Valid RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license in Oregon
RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (1 year of experience)
RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist experience within the last year
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in dietetics, plus completion of a Dietetic Internship or equivalent supervised practice program
Experience with Epic

Preferred Experience

Experience providing medical nutrition therapy in an acute care hospital or facility
Experience providing, managing, coordinating, or supervising patient nutrition care in an outpatient facility and/or with bariatric patients

Skills and Work Expectations

Strong understanding of current medical nutrition therapy standards for a variety of patient populations
Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to use clinical forms, reference materials, policies, and pathways
Ability to work efficiently under multiple demands and short time frames
Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Additional Notes

References are required: 2 within the last 2 years, showing 1 year in a comparable specialty; at least 1 must be supervisory within the last 12 months
