Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Oak Park, Illinois
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Schedule includes every other Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac echo studies, including echo stress and TEE
• Perform general echo studies

Required Qualifications

• Echo Technologist with 1 year of experience
• Echo Technologist experience within the last year
• Illinois state license or certification requirements for radiology-related allied professionals, as applicable to the role
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement
• Competency exam
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, if applicable
• State license verification within 30 days of start
• National tech certification verification for radiology-related allied professionals

Compliance / Onboarding Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• E-Verify
• Background check within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start
• Drug test completed within 90 days of start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• TB screening documentation
• Tdap vaccination or approved declination
• Flu vaccination documentation or approved exemption
• Hepatitis B surface antibody titer, with vaccine series or declination if negative
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Measles, mumps, and rubella immunity documentation
• COVID documentation if vaccinated
• Illinois mandatory reporter training and status form
• Illinois fingerprinting / HCWR registry results, if required for the profession
• Contractor data form
• Employment application with 7 years of employment history and gap explanations
• References, if required by the staffing process
