Ultrasound Technologist

Job Overview

• Travel/contract position in Mountain Home, Arkansas
• Night shift: 10:30 PM–6:30 AM
• Schedule is Monday–Friday
• Call required 2 days per week and every other weekend
• 13-week contract
• May consider a 4x10 schedule
• Flexible start date in September or October

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an ultrasound or sonography program
• Ultrasound Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ARDMS or ARRT

Additional Considerations

• Outpatient ultrasound experience will be considered
• Must be able to respond to call within 30 minutes

Role Summary

• Perform quality ultrasound imaging to support diagnosis and patient care
• Assist the radiologist with exams

Work Setting

• Hospital-based role
• Department operates 24/7, 365 days a year
