Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic
NURSYS verification for RN licensure, when applicable
State license verification
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam
Unit-specific competency exam
Core Part I, Core Part II, and Core Part III competency exams
2 supervisory references from the specialty, with at least one within the last year and the second within the last 2 years
Resume covering 7 years of employment or back to college/technical school graduation, with all gaps accounted for
Work history verification for the last 7 years of employment

EPLS/GSA/SAM search within 30 days of start
HHS/OIG search within 30 days of start
Sex offender search within 30 days of start
OFAC sanctions list search within 30 days of start
10-panel drug screen including THC within 30 days of start
Physical exam or statement of health within 1 year of start
Fit test within 12 months
TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap proof within 10 years or declination
Immunity or vaccination documentation for rubeola, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B
Mandatory reporter certifications for child abuse and dependent adult abuse

May be expected to float to a free-standing 14-bed ER with the same resources and requirements
