Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- General cases include abdomen, OBGYN, small parts, abdominal vasculature, lower extremity DVT, and follicular scans.
- NICU and OR experience is a plus.
- Equipment used: GE Logiq E10, E9, and Voluson.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, including experience within the last year.
Health and Background Requirements
- Documentation of immunity or vaccination for MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) required.
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test) and updated if there is a break longer than 6 months.
- Physician health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break.
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
- National sex offender check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
- Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid lists) within 30 days of start and annually.
- Fit test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date and updated annually (no onsite fit testing allowed).
- Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is required.
Additional Information
- Photo badge submission required prior to onboarding (color photo, plain background, no filters or eyeglasses).
- Positive TB test requires documentation of a negative chest x-ray after the positive test.
- Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity is strongly preferred but optional.
- Tdap vaccination within 10 years preferred.
- Name change documentation required if legal name differs from credential documentation.
