Job Opportunity: Cath Lab RN

Location

  • Chicago, Illinois

Employment Type

  • Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Includes 30 minutes callback
  • Expect minimum 15-20 days of call per 6 weeks

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology (IR), and Electrophysiology (EP)
  • At least 2 years experience in Cath Lab required

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Illinois
  • Cardiac Cath Lab experience with a minimum of 2 years, including experience within the last year
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Information

  • Pharmacology, specialty, core competencies, and EKG exams require a minimum passing score of 80% with only two attempts allowed
  • Some onboarding documents and checklists must be completed prior to start and updated every 3 years
  • Badge photo required: forward-facing headshot with white or blue background, no alterations
  • Prior travel experience is not specified as required for this position
