RN Surgery Position - Wisconsin, Milwaukee

Job Details

Specialty: Registered Nurse (Surgery)
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Shift: 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM
Call Schedule: Every other day and every other weekend; Friday 3:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM; holidays as assigned
Work Areas: PACU, GI, Pre/Post-Op, ENT, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Interventional Radiology (IR)
Additional: May float onsite or to other nearby sites within 40 miles based on skill set
Experience: EPIC system experience preferred; prior travel experience is required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum of 1 year perioperative nursing experience, with perioperative experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Current ACLS certification
Experience in ENT Surgery
Experience in Orthopedic Surgery
Experience in Interventional Radiology
Experience with Epic electronic health record system
