Job Opportunity: RN Neuro/Trauma ICU - Nights

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Schedule: Every other weekend, holiday/hard-to-fill shifts as assigned
Patient Ratio: 2:1

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience, with Neuro ICU experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
• Onboarding includes completion of specific Ascension education and skills checklists.
• Some optional checklists may be required by unit leadership after start.
• The assignment includes working in a high-acuity environment with 2:1 patient ratios.
• The role requires working night shifts with every other weekend coverage.
