Job Opportunity: RN Neuro/Trauma ICU - Nights
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Schedule: Every other weekend, holiday/hard-to-fill shifts as assigned
Patient Ratio: 2:1

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience, with Neuro ICU experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
- Onboarding includes completion of specific Ascension education and skills checklists.
- Some optional checklists may be required by unit leadership after start.
- The assignment includes working in a high-acuity environment with 2:1 patient ratios.
- The role requires working night shifts with every other weekend coverage.
This position is ideal for experienced ICU RNs with a Neuro/Trauma specialty seeking a night shift long-term assignment in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment.
