Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technician

Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Work Schedule

  • Shift options: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and/or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Weekends: Call only, every other weekend (EOW)

Required Certifications & Licenses

  • ASRT Certification
  • Valid CT Department of Public Health (DPH) License
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Onboarding & Compliance Requirements

Candidates must provide and maintain the following documentation, all typically required before or at onboarding:

Certifications & Licenses

  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • License/Certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
  • ASRT certification and valid CT DPH license

Health & Immunizations

  • Fit Test
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (including booster or approved exemption)
  • MMR (proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series (at least first shot prior to start)
  • Influenza vaccine or approved exemption (valid for current flu season)
  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA test (with chest x-ray if positive, per state requirements)
  • Varicella vaccination or IgG titer proof
  • Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
  • Tdap vaccine (declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction)
  • Trinity Respirator Evaluation with physician signature

Drug Screening & Background Checks

  • 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
  • Federal, Nationwide, and County Criminal Background Check (last 7 years)
  • Social Security Number verification
  • Employment verifications covering last 7 years
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 30 days
  • OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check within 30 days
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check within 30 days
  • OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days

Professional & Compliance Forms

  • Signed Trinity Code of Conduct form
  • Trinity I9 form completed by agency
  • Confidentiality and Information System Security Agreement
  • Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
  • Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma)
  • CORE Exam (Joint Commission testing within last year)
  • Trinity Profile submission (resume, skills checklist, references)
  • Trinity System Access Form (completed and uploaded one week before start)
