Job Opportunity: Nuclear Medicine Technician (Travel)

Location: Fresno, California

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Every third weekend
• Holiday rotation (negotiable)
  EMR System: Epic

Key Requirements & Credentials

• American Heart Association BLS Certification (required for all direct patient care personnel)
• License/Certificate Verification: Must be dated within 30 days of start; for California RNs, a picture of the hard copy license is also required
• Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen: Completed within 30 days of start (preferred within 14 days), must include specific substances (NO THC) and have MRO signature
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form: Must be signed and on file
• Trinity I9: Standard employment eligibility verification completed by agency
• Confidentiality & Security Agreement: Signed form required for patient and proprietary information protection
• Integrity and Audit Services Form: Signed within days prior to start
• Trinity Skills Checklist: Required for clinical contractors
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
• Trinity OFAC Check: Completed within 30 days of start
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of vaccine, booster (Sept 2024), declination or exemption (declination not accepted in CA)
• MMR Vaccination: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report
• Fit Test
• Hepatitis B Vaccination: Must have first vaccination prior to start; proof required (titers not accepted)
• Varicella Vaccination: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report
• Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work
• Trinity Profile: Resume, skills checklist within a year, and 2 professional references (required for submission)
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form: Signed and on file
• Criminal Background Check: Federal, nationwide, county (last 7 years), SSN verification, employment verification (last 7 years), dated within 30 days of start
• Education Verification: Highest level of academic education verified (degree or diploma/GED)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) Check: Dated within past 30 days
• GSA/OIG Exclusion Check: Dated within past 30 days
• Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam): Within the last year
• NSO (National Sex Offender) Check: Dated within 30 days of start, all aliases searched
• System Access Form: Completed and uploaded one week before start
• Trinity Specific COVID Questionnaire: Completed and uploaded

Additional Notes

• All required documents and certifications must be uploaded to the TrinityVMS system prior to onboarding.
• Drug screen and background checks must be current and compliant with Trinity Health policies.
• Holiday rotation is negotiable.
• This is a travel assignment with a fixed 13-week contract.
