Role: 7W Stepdown/MedSurg RN
Location: Morgantown, West Virginia
Shift: Days
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks

Unit Details

Unit: 7 West (Stepdown & Floor)
Beds: 32 total beds
Patient mix: Stepdown and floor patients
Ratios: 1:3 for Stepdown; 1:4-6 for Floor
Telemetry: Yes; RNs must be able to read strips with telemetry monitor techs

Required Qualifications

BLS certification
COVID vaccination required
Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility
Must include an unexpired copy of the candidate’s driver’s license with submission

Scheduling

Weekend requirement: 2 weekends per schedule
Holiday requirement: Work into the perm staff holiday schedule

Floating

May be pulled to any floor or stepdown unit

Additional Notes

Common diagnoses: Chest Pain, COPD, AMS, Pneumonia, UTI, Abdominal Pain, overflow for most services, hospice
