Overview

Inpatient rehab RN role in Omaha, Nebraska
35-bed inpatient rehab unit
Patient population includes adults and geriatrics with acute, post-acute, and neuro patients
Unit ratios: days 1:5, nights 1:6
Will float to MedSurg

Required Qualifications

BLS
RN
Driver’s license required at submittal
Must pass an open-book exam during orientation with a score of 90% or higher

Schedule

13-week contract
12-hour shifts
Days: 0630-1900
Nights: 1830-0700
Cyclic self-scheduling
At minimum every 3rd weekend
At minimum 2 holidays
No call or standby

Orientation

Classroom orientation plus 2 unit-based 12-hour shifts

Additional Notes

Artificial nails are prohibited in patient care areas
RTO must be provided upfront; 7 or fewer days per 13-week contract
Additional RTO will not be approved after submission
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
