Contract

- Days
- 8 hours per day
- 40 hours per week
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Work week: Sunday through Saturday
Setting
- Home Health: 50%
- Skilled Nursing Facility: 50%
- Flexibility is required because the setting may vary based on area need
Required Qualifications
- BLS Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- New grads are accepted
Additional Information
- Therapy supervisor onsite
- Software used: HCHB for Home Health and NetHealth for Skilled Nursing Facility
- No on-call or call-back
- Local placements are limited to 80 miles
- Housing is available if used, at additional cost
