Location: Show Low, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week guaranteed (with up to 3 cancellations)

Med Surg/Telemetry unit with 24 beds, all equipped with telemetry capability (heavy telemetry focus)
Adult patient population only; pediatric patients are assigned to permanent staff
Float to all Med Surg units and ICU (handling Med Surg overflow patients)
Nurse-to-patient ratios:
- 1:5 during day shifts
- 1:6 during night shifts
Support staff includes telemetry technicians, charge nurses, health unit coordinators (HUCs), and patient care technicians (PCTs)
Hospitalist coverage 24/7
Respiratory therapist and pharmacy services available 24/7
No IV team on unit; nurses manage IVs themselves
Electronic Medical Record system: Sunrise Allscripts
Scrub color policy: any color except all black; scrubs not provided

Valid RN license in Arizona
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry nursing experience, with experience within the last year
Current ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
