Job Opportunity: RN (Registered Nurse) - Med Surg GCU

Location: Kearney, Nebraska
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour shifts

• 0600-1830 (Day)
• 1800-0630 (Night)
  Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
  Floating Requirement: First to float to PCU for a Med-Surg Unit assignment unless telemetry trained
  Holiday Requirement: Cannot request more than 1 holiday off during contract (typically May-Sept and Nov-Jan)
  Patient Ratio:
• Maximum 1:6
• Dayshift Monday-Friday typically 1:5
  Unit Details:
• General Med-Surg including ortho, neuro, and spine patients
• 23 beds
  Certifications Required:
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
  Experience:
• Charge experience highly preferred
  Additional Requirements:
• Up to 2 extra overtime shifts per 6 weeks may be required
