Job Opportunity: LPN/LVN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – LTC/SNF

Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Details

Specialty: LTC/SNF LPN
Shift: Primarily 2pm - 10:30pm (8-hour shifts)
Shift Rotation: Every other weekend and every other holiday
Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
Overtime: Available at times
Patient Population: Elderly patients with multiple diagnoses
Facility Census: Approximately 42 beds
Staff Ratios: Day shift ratio varies from 1:21 up to 1:42
EMR System: PCC
Orientation: 1 day location-specific orientation plus up to 3 days on-floor training with staff

Required Qualifications

License: Valid LPN/LVN license for South Dakota
Certifications: BLS Certification required
